色织间条针织物在洗水时可能存在沾色问题影响产品质量。研究了催化氧化体系对洗水水浴中染料的氧化脱色作用,考察了金属仿酶催化剂Fe-TAML的用量、H2O2用量以及pH、温度对色织针织物洗水时沾色的影响。试验结果表明,金属仿酶催化剂对改善色织针织物洗水时的沾色有显著作用且对针织物各项物理指标均影响很小。
色織間條針織物在洗水時可能存在霑色問題影響產品質量。研究瞭催化氧化體繫對洗水水浴中染料的氧化脫色作用,攷察瞭金屬倣酶催化劑Fe-TAML的用量、H2O2用量以及pH、溫度對色織針織物洗水時霑色的影響。試驗結果錶明,金屬倣酶催化劑對改善色織針織物洗水時的霑色有顯著作用且對針織物各項物理指標均影響很小。

The staining problem of colored knitted fabrics with stripe during washing process affects the products quality. The effect of catalytic oxidation system on decolorization of dyes in washing bath was studied, and the influences of metal imitation enzyme catalysts Fe-TAML concentrations, H2O2, pH, and temperature on staining property of colored knitted fabrics were investigated. The results showed that metal imitation enzyme catalyst is effective for reducing staining property of colored knitted fabrics with less impact on the physical properties of knitted fabrics.
