主要运用高效液相色谱法来实现畜肉中克伦特罗的快速测定。肉类样品经固相萃取小柱和液相萃取法等前处理后,采用C18色谱柱(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇+水(45+55)为流动相,流速1mL/min,紫外检测波长为244nm测定,通过精密度试验和回收率试验证明该方法具有较好的精确性和准确性。

HPLC was applied to achieve rapid determination of clenbuterol in meat. The meat sam?ple was treated by solid phase extraction and liquid phase extraction and other pretreatment. The C18 chromatographic column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 um) was used. Water-methanol (45+55) was taken as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1mL/min. The wavelength of UV detection was 244 nm. Through precision experiment and recovery experiment, it was proved that this method was of better precision and accuracy.
