为探究菇-热-酶-肥新型栽培方式的应用效果,以津优35黄瓜为试验材料,实行草菇-黄瓜轮作方式进行日光温室大棚栽培,以常规栽培的大棚黄瓜作为对照,测定黄瓜植株干物质累积、植株形态指标以及生理指标。与对照相比,菇-热-酶-肥处理后黄瓜的瓜、茎、叶均能够累积更多有机物,其叶片数、叶片长、叶片宽、节间距、株高、根部体积、侧根数、根鲜质量等形态指标显著高于对照,根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标显著高于对照,但处理与对照黄瓜之间的叶绿素含量没有显著差异。说明该栽培方式不是通过增加叶绿素含量而是通过优化黄瓜植株的形态表现和改善植株生理功能来提高产量。

To evaluate the effects of a newly applied cultivation mode of mushroom-heat-enzyme-fertilizer in green-house, cucumber variety Jinyou 35 were used as experimental material in a straw mushroom-cucumber rotation system and were measured for the dry matter accumulation, plant morphological and physiological parameters. Compared to those of con-ventionally cultivated cucumber( CK) , the fruits, stems and leaves of cucumber variety Jinyou 35 applied with the new culti-vation technique showed more dry matter accumulation, leaf number, and lateral root number, larger leaf area and root vol-ume, longer internode, higher plant and heavier root fresh weight, and stronger root vigor and nitrate reductase activities. However, chlorophyll contents did not show significant difference. It was suggested that mushroom-heat-enzyme-fertilizer cultivation mode increased cucumber yield by im-proving the plant morphological and physiological character-istics rather than by increasing the chlorophyll contents.
