目的:分析一对一带教与排班制带教对护理实习生的教学效果。方法选择2014年1月-2015年1月100例护理实习生随机分成实验组和对照组各50名,对照组护理实习生采用排班制带教,实验组实习生采用一对一带教,对两组护理实习生的教学效果进行对比分析。结果经过1个月的实习,实验组护理实习生的操作技能、理论知识、沟通技巧等评分、护理缺陷和投诉发生率显著优于对照组(P>0.05);患者和带教老师对护理实习生的满意达标率显著优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论在护理实习生的带教中,应用一对一带教能有效提高护理实习生的沟通技巧和工作能力,强化风险防范意识和责任心,让护理实习生的主观能动性得到有效提高,最终让教学效果提高。

Objective To analyze one-shift system of teaching and teaching effect on nursing interns. Methods 100 cases of nurs-ing interns were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,eqch with 50 person, group scheduling system using nursing intern teaching, the experimental group using one to one teaching interns, teaching nursing for two interns and effects were analyzed. Results After a month of practice, the experimental group of nursing interns skills, theoretical knowledge, communication skills score, nursing defects and complaints were significantly better than the control group (P>0.05);patients and with a teacher of nursing satisfactory compliance rate intern significantly than the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The nursing intern teaching, the application of one to one teaching can improve communication skills and ability to work of nursing interns, strengthen risk pre-vention awareness and sense of responsibility, so that nursing intern's initiative has been effectively improved, final let improve teaching effectiveness.
