目的：观察PDCA循环管理方法在重症医学科（ICU）医院感染预防与控制中的作用。方法采用目标性监测方法，应用PDCA循环管理法进行干预，比较2012和2013两个年度某院重症医学科医院感染质量控制指标变化。结果2013年该院重症医学科医院感染率较2012年下降（P<0.01）；医务人员手卫生依从性提高（P<0.05），环境卫生学监测合格率提高。结论 PDCA循环管理方法的应用能有效降低ICU医院感染发生率及医院感染相关指标。

목적：관찰PDCA순배관리방법재중증의학과（ICU）의원감염예방여공제중적작용。방법채용목표성감측방법，응용PDCA순배관리법진행간예，비교2012화2013량개년도모원중증의학과의원감염질량공제지표변화。결과2013년해원중증의학과의원감염솔교2012년하강（P<0.01）；의무인원수위생의종성제고（P<0.05），배경위생학감측합격솔제고。결론 PDCA순배관리방법적응용능유효강저ICU의원감염발생솔급의원감염상관지표。
ABSTRACT:Objective to observe the PDCA cycle management approach in the intensive medicine (ICU), the role of hospital infection control and prevention. Methods using targeted monitoring methods, the application of PDCA cycle management intervention, comparison of both 2012 and 2013 a hospital intensive medicine quality control indicators in nosocomial infection. Results in 2013, the hospital intensive medicine hospital infection rate in 2012 decreased (P<0.01);To improve medical staff hand hygiene compliance (P < 0.05), the qualification rate of environmental hygiene monitoring. Conclusion:the application of PDCA cycle management method can effectively reduce the incidence of ICU hospital infection and related parameters of hospital infection.
