目的:了解职业病患者医院内感染及病原菌分布特点,指导临床抗菌药物的正确应用并为制定院感防控措施提供科学依据。方法由感控专职人员和科室感控兼职人员联合协作,采用患者床旁询问、查阅运行病历和出院病历回顾性调查相结合,对2012年1月-2014年12月收治的1976例职业病患者,46例次医院感染病例,230株病原菌进行统计分析。结果2012年要2014年职业病例次感染率分别是1.06%、3.67%、1.89%,平均例次感染率是2.33%;感染部位以呼吸道为主占60%,其次是泌尿道占20%;胃肠道占13.33;病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主占91.30%。结论职业病患者医院感染率低于卫计委规定的二级综合性医院感染率≤8%的标准,感染部位和病原菌与国内文献报道一致。以后该院要提高病原菌送检率和药敏试验以指导抗菌药物的合理应用。

Objective To investigate the distribution of nosocomial infections and pathogenic bacteria in patients with occupational diseases, and to provide the correct application of antibiotics and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosoco-mial infections.Methods By the sense of control full-time staff and Department of part-time staff joint collaboration of infection control, adopted at the patient's bedside inquiry, access to medical and hospital records retrospective study combined, in January 2012-2014 December 1976 cases of occupational disease patients, 46 cases nosocomial infection cases and 230 strains of pathogenic bacteria were statistically analyzed. Results In 2012-2014 occupational disease infection rate respectively is 1.06%and 3.67%, 1.89%, average case infection rate is 2.33%; site of infection in respiratory tract accounted for 60%, followed by uri-nary tract accounted for 20%; gastrointestinal accounted for 13.33; pathogenic bacteria in gram negative bacteria dominated (91.30%). Conclusion Patients with occupational diseases hospital infection rate of less than prescribed by the Planning Commis-sion secondary general hospital infection rate of less than or equal to 8% of the standard, site of infection and pathogenic bacteria and reported in domestic literature comments. After the hospital to guide the proper use of antibiotics to improve pathogen detec-tion rate and drug sensitivity test.
