目的：探讨骨肉瘤患者实施截肢手术之后的针对性疼痛护理的临床护理效果。方法选取2011年10月至2013年10月在我院接受骨肉瘤截肢手术治疗的患者86例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例患者。对观察组患者实施针对性的疼痛护理服务；对照组患者实施常规的疼痛护理服务。结果观察组患者严重疼痛的发生率以及术后并发症的发生率明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在对骨肉瘤截肢患者实施术后疼痛护理的过程中，运用针对性的疼痛护理措施可以降低严重疼痛的发生率，提高治疗的有效率，具有显著的效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토골육류환자실시절지수술지후적침대성동통호리적림상호리효과。방법선취2011년10월지2013년10월재아원접수골육류절지수술치료적환자86례위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조43례환자。대관찰조환자실시침대성적동통호리복무；대조조환자실시상규적동통호리복무。결과관찰조환자엄중동통적발생솔이급술후병발증적발생솔명현우우대조조，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재대골육류절지환자실시술후동통호리적과정중，운용침대성적동통호리조시가이강저엄중동통적발생솔，제고치료적유효솔，구유현저적효과，치득림상추엄。
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the implementation of amputation afteroperation in patients with osteosarcoma targeted pain nursing clinicalnursing effect. Methods 86 cases of 2011 October to 2013 October to accept the osteosarcoma amputation operation therapy in our hospitalpatients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 patients in each group. The observation grouppatients in pain nursing service;control the implementation of pain nursing service routine group. Results in the observation group of patients with severe pain incidence and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion in the course of painnursing after operation on patients with osteosarcoma amputation, usedfor pain nursing measures can reduce the incidence of severe pain,improve the treatment efficiency, with significant effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
