Tomato%Polymerization%Multi-resistant%Tolerant to storage
利用多基因聚合技术,以番茄材料13485(含Cf-5、Tm-1、Mi-1基因)作母本,分别以番茄高代自交系13065(含Ty-2、Ty-3、I-2、Ph-2、Ph-3基因)和高代自交系13337(含耐贮存基因rin)作父本配制杂交组合。利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)技术对2个组合的F2分离群体的1057个单株进行基因型鉴定,共获得抗5种病害的番茄材料19株,抗4种病害的材料30株,抗3种病害且含rin基因的材料20株。选择田间表现优良的单株留种以进行后续的选择,同时结合人工接种鉴定验证分子标记鉴定的准确性,结果表明,人工接种鉴定与分子标记鉴定结果吻合度均在80%以上。

Taking tomato 13485(containing Cf-5,Tm-1 and Mi-1 gene)as female parent,we crossed it with advanced tomato inbred line 13065(containing Ty-2,Ty-3,I-2,Ph-2 and Ph-3 gene)and advanced tomato inbred line 13337(containing storage tolerant gene rin)as male parents,respectively by pyramiding technology. Then we identified the genotype of 1 057 plants from their F2 segregation populations by molecular marker assistant selection(MAS)technology. We got 19 plants with resistance to 5 diseases,30 plants with resistance to 4 diseases,and 20 plants with resistance to 3 diseases and containing rin gene. We kept those single plants with good field performance as reserve seeds,and will carry out selection afterwards. At the same time,we tested and verified the accuracy of molecular marker by inoculation identification. The result indicated that the goodness of fit by inoculation identification and molecular identification was over 80%.
