目的:通过对洛阳地区2014年职业健康体检的8478名铁路职工血糖结果分析,了解高血糖情况。方法采集体检者空腹血样,应用葡萄糖(GLU)氧化酶法检测GLU。分析不同性别、年龄组之间高血糖差异。结果洛阳地区铁路职工高血糖检出率为12.62%,其中男性为12.96%,女性为7.09%;20~30岁年龄组高血糖检出率为3.38%,31~40岁年龄组高血糖检出率为7.94%,41~50岁年龄组高血糖检出率为15.65%,51~60岁年龄组高血糖检出率为22.54%。结论洛阳地区铁路在职职工男性高血糖检出率均显著高于女性;高血糖检出率随着年龄增长逐步升高,且各年龄组之间高血糖检出率的差异均有显著统计学意义。

Objective Through the occupation health examination in 2014 Luoyang area 8 478 railwaymen glucose results analysis, understand the situation of hyperglycemia. Analysis of hyperglycemia difference between different gender, age group.Results Luoyang railway workers hyperglycemia detection rate is 12.62%, of which 12.96% men, 7.09% for women; 20 to 30 year old age group of hyper-glycemia detection rate is 3.38%, 31 to 40 year old age group of hyperglycemia detection rate is 7.94%, 41 to 50 year old age group of hyperglycemia detection rate is 15.65%, 51 to 60 year old age group of hyperglycemia detection rate is 22.54%.Conclu-sion The detection rate of Luoyang railway employees male hyperglycemia is significantly higher than female;hyperglycemia detec-tion rate with age gradually increased, and between various age groups hyperglycemia is significant differences in both rate.
