目的：为了降低口腔门诊医院感染情况的发生率，对口腔感染的原因进行分析并制定相对应的预防策略。方法通过对口腔门诊医院感染原因的分析，结合口腔科的特点，从诊疗环境的洁净度、口腔医疗器械的清洗、灭菌及消毒的方式方面制定相应的操作规范，对口腔门诊医院感染加以预防。结果通过建立健全的管理规章制度、加强对口腔医务人员的培训、加强环境卫生管理、做好器械清理工作、加强医疗工作者的自身防护、规范废弃物的处理，有效地预防和控制了口腔科医院感染的发生。结论通过制定并落实预防策略，有效地控制了口腔门诊医院的感染。

Objective In order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in outpatient service of Stomatology Hospital, so we conduct the oral infection factors of analysis and formulate corresponding prevention strategies. Methods Through analysis of oral outpatient hospital infection factors, combined with the characteristics of the Department of Stomatology, from the aspects of environment of diagnosis and treatment of cleanliness, oral medical instrument cleaning, sterilization and disinfection formulation corresponding operation regulations, effectively prevent the oral outpatient hospital infection. Results Through establish sound management rules and regulations, strengthen the training of oral medical personnel, strengthen environmental health management, completes the instrument clean-up work, and strengthen the medical worker's self-protection, specification for waste treatment, fi-nally effectively prevent and control the stomatology hospital infection. Conclusion Through the development and implementation of prevention strategies, effectively control the hospital outpatient oral infection.
