中亚传播需要根据文化的传播规律制定出正确的传播策略。既要利用文化的内在传播规律，关注中华文化五千年形成的生存智慧，尽力维护中亚民族特定的民族情感，通过传播中华民族“仁”爱天下情怀，唤起中亚民族对中华文化的情感认同；又要利用跨文化传播的外在规律，积极传播中国特色的社会发展理想，用中国梦唤醒中亚民族的现世幸福追求。所以中亚传播不是没有条件的，只有采取一系列卓有成效的文化传播战略，才有可能开辟出一条中国文化与中亚文化的互动传播创新之路。

The dissemination in Central Asia needs to develop a correct communication strategy in line with the law of the cultural communication. On the one hand, the laws of inherent cultural propagation must be utilized to focus on the living wisdom of 5000 year Chinese culture, try to preserve the national emotion of Central Asian nations, and arouse in Central Asian nations the emotional identification with Chinese culture by the dissemination of the Chinese concept of ”benevolence”. On the other hand, the external rules of cross cultural communication must also be exploited to actively spread the ideal of social development with Chinese characteristics, and, with the Chinese dream, wake up the pursuit of secular happiness in Central Asian nations. Therefore, the dissemination in Central Asia is not without conditions. Only by taking a series of effective cultural communication strategies can it be possible to open up an interactive, innovative communication channel between Chinese culture and Central Asian culture.
