芳胺是一种重要的有机合成中间体,本文以5-硝基间苯二甲酸为原料,用Cs2 CO3调节pH值为中性后,用烯丙基溴与羧基进行反应,将制得的5-硝基间苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯分别用三种方法(即Fe/HCl、Fe/HAc和Pd/C)进行还原,其中产率分别为46.5%、74.6%和78.3%,并对其产率、反应时间、反应温度及后处理等几个方面进行了比较。从产率和价格方面考虑,Fe/HAc还原适合实验室制备。

Aromatic amine is an important intermediate in organic synthesis,the 5-Nitroisophthalic acid as raw materials,adjusting the pH value with Cs2 CO3 to neutral,reacted with allyl bromide and carboxyl groups,the pre-pared 5-nitro benzene two formic acid diallyl ester respectively by three methods( Fe/HCl,Fe/HAc and Pd/C) were reduced,the yield were 46. 5%,74. 6% and 78. 3%, and the yield, reaction time, reaction temperature and post processing and other aspects were compared. Considering the yield and price,Fe/HAc is suitable for the laboratory preparation.
