The endocrinology medical specialties system of Mayo Clinic in USA is one of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) center. The characteristics of its training system that is rigorous, well-ordered, rich in content and closely related to clinic practice are introduced in this paper, which may provide some valuable experiences for us in Chinese endocrinology medical education.
