股骨头坏死（ ONFH）是一种常见病、难治病，目前的治疗方法众多，疗效并不十分满意。体外冲击波（ ESW）是一种脉冲机械波，可使局部组织产生机械应力效应，改善股骨头周围血液循环，使骨重建及再生；且能明显缓解ONFH患者髋部疼痛、改善关节功能，减轻骨髓水肿，缩小病变区域，延缓或阻止病情进一步发展。与手术治疗相比，ESW治疗具有无痛、无创、无并发症、治疗费用低等优点，值得临床推广。

Necrosis of femoral head(ONFH) is a common and difficult disease.There are many methods of treatment,but the effect is not satisfying.Extracorporeal shock wave(ESW) is a pulsive mechanical wave, which can generate mechanical forces on the local tissue , improve the femoral head blood circulation , and result in bone remodeling and regeneration.It can significantly reduce the ONFH patients with hip pain, improve joint function, reduce bone marrow edema, decrease lesion area and delay or prevent the further development of the disease.Compared with surgery,it is featured with almost no trauma,no pain,no compli-cations,low cost of treatment,thus is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
