介绍了一种分布式光纤 Bragg 光栅传感器(fiber bragg grating, FBG)系统,通过在电抗器各包封层内多点预埋温度和应变传感器来测量包封层内的温度和经温度补偿后的应变拉力。经干式空心电抗器固化温升实验过程中的在线监测,其结果证明了该系统可准确测得干式电抗器包封层内的温度和应变拉力的变化趋势,将为变电站内干式空心电抗器实时监测提供重要的理论依据。
介紹瞭一種分佈式光纖 Bragg 光柵傳感器(fiber bragg grating, FBG)繫統,通過在電抗器各包封層內多點預埋溫度和應變傳感器來測量包封層內的溫度和經溫度補償後的應變拉力。經榦式空心電抗器固化溫升實驗過程中的在線鑑測,其結果證明瞭該繫統可準確測得榦式電抗器包封層內的溫度和應變拉力的變化趨勢,將為變電站內榦式空心電抗器實時鑑測提供重要的理論依據。

During the long-term operation of dry-type air-core reactor, the environment which shows high temperature, high pres-sure and strong magnetic field environment, seriously affected the winding inter turn insulation, threatening the safe and normal op-eration of it. The distributed fiber bragg grating sensor system can measure the temperature and temperature-compensated strain ten-sion within the encapsulated layer, through multi point embedded temperature and strain sensors. Proved by the curing temperature experiment, the system can accurately measure the change trend of the temperature and strain within encapsulated layer, which will provide the important theory basis for real-time monitoring of substation dry-type air-core reactor.
