宫腔粘连（IUA）是因各种宫腔操作引起的子宫内膜损伤性疾病。随着生育前人工流产率的不断上升，IUA的发生率也逐渐上升，已成为女性继发不孕的主要病因之一。随着宫腔镜技术的发展，针对轻、中度IUA患者的治疗，通过宫腔镜下粘连分离术（ TCRA）尚能取得一定疗效，但对于宫腔重度粘连或内膜损伤严重的患者，单纯行TCRA术临床疗效欠佳。因此，TCRA术后促进损伤内膜的修复再生、恢复子宫内膜结构及功能的辅助治疗、细胞疗法等有着重要的临床价值及广泛的应用前景。

Intrauterine adhesion(IUA) is an endometrial injury disease.As the rising of induced abor-tion before birth,the incidence of IUA is increasing,which has become one of the major causes of secondary infertility in women.With the development of hysteroscopy,the treatment for patients with mild-to-moderate IUA by transcervical resectionof adhesions (TCRA) can achieve a certain effect,but the clinical efficacy for patients with severe IUA or heavy damage of endometrium is poor.Therefore,the adjuvant therapy and cell therapy to promote regeneration of injured endometrium and recovery of the structure and function of endome-trium play an important role and show a broad application prospect in clinical .
