目的：探究与分析精细化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法选取该院自2014年4月-2015年4月収治的400例接受手术治疗的患者，按照时间顺序分为常规管理组与精细化管理组，每组各200例，对比两组护理满意度、手术安全性及护理管理质量评分。结果精细化管理组的满意度及手术安全性均明显高于常规管理组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。精细化管理组手术室布局管理、手术室设施管理、手术室人员管理、手术室安全管理得分均明显高于常规管理组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论将精细化管理应用于手术室护理管理中可显著提高护理满意度、手术安全性及护理质量评分，值得广泛推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application in the operating room nursing management and analysis of fine management. Methods Select our hospital from April 2014 to April 2014 treated 400 patients who underwent surgical treatment of patients, ac-cording to the time sequence is divided into routine management and fine management group, 200 cases in each group, compared two groups of nursing satisfaction, operation safety and quality of nursing management.Results The satisfaction and operation safety of the elaborating management group were significantly higher than that of conventional management group,P<0.05, with statistical significance.The elaborating management group operating room layout management, management of operating room facilities, oper-ating room personnel management, operating room security management score were significantly higher than that of conventional management group,P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion Will the elaborating management used in the operating room nursing management can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, operation safety and nursing quality evaluation, is worth popu-larization and application widely.
