研究了HMPIB硫化胶及IIR/HMPIB硫化胶的力学性能及耐热空气老化、耐臭氧老化、耐酸腐蚀的性能。结果表明:HMPIB硫化胶有较高的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率,但定伸应力较低,具有良好的耐臭氧老化和耐酸腐蚀性能;IIR中加入HMPIB,随着用量的增加,硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率增加,定伸应力降低。 HMPIB能使IIR的耐臭氧、耐酸腐蚀性能得到提升,但不利于IIR的耐热性能。
研究瞭HMPIB硫化膠及IIR/HMPIB硫化膠的力學性能及耐熱空氣老化、耐臭氧老化、耐痠腐蝕的性能。結果錶明:HMPIB硫化膠有較高的拉伸彊度、撕裂彊度、扯斷伸長率,但定伸應力較低,具有良好的耐臭氧老化和耐痠腐蝕性能;IIR中加入HMPIB,隨著用量的增加,硫化膠的拉伸彊度、撕裂彊度、扯斷伸長率增加,定伸應力降低。 HMPIB能使IIR的耐臭氧、耐痠腐蝕性能得到提升,但不利于IIR的耐熱性能。
연구료HMPIB류화효급IIR/HMPIB류화효적역학성능급내열공기노화、내취양노화、내산부식적성능。결과표명:HMPIB류화효유교고적랍신강도、시렬강도、차단신장솔,단정신응력교저,구유량호적내취양노화화내산부식성능;IIR중가입HMPIB,수착용량적증가,류화효적랍신강도、시렬강도、차단신장솔증가,정신응력강저。 HMPIB능사IIR적내취양、내산부식성능득도제승,단불리우IIR적내열성능。
The mechanical property, hot air aging property, ozone aging property, acid resistance property of HMPIB and IIR/HMPIB were studied in this paper. The results showed that the HMPIB vulcanized rubber has high tensile strength,tear strength and good elongation at break,but lower stress at definite elongation. HMPIB also has good ozone aging property and acid resistance property. For IIR/HMPIB,with the increase of HMPIB’s amount, the tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break were increase, stress at definite elongation was decrease. HMPIB can improve the ozone aging property and acid resistance property of IIR,but not conducive to the heat aging property.
