松香是一种环境友好的可再生天然资源,松香及其衍生物广泛地应用于颜料、清漆、油墨、纸张的成型等,因此开发可聚合的松香衍生物是制备松香基树脂的关键一环。本研究利用松香化学结构中的可修饰羧基和共轭双键官能团,制备了两种松香类可缩聚二元醇和二元酸:脱氢枞酸三羟甲基丙烷酯( DATE )和马来松香乙醇酯( MREE);综合考察了反应时间、温度、催化剂用量和溶剂对合成效率的影响;分别用FTIR和NMR确认了目标产物的结构;用热重( TG)研究了产物的热稳定性。这些工作为松香基树脂的制备与开发提供了重要的科学依据。

Rosins obtained from renewable natural resources are widely used for preparation of paintings,varni-shes,inks and paper shaping,and thus development of polymerisable rosin derivatives is the key to prepare the ros-in-based resins. In this work, two kinds of polymerisable rosin derivatives with bifunctional -COOH and -OH groups,including dehydroabietic acid trimethylolpropane ester(DATE)and maleic rosin ethyl ester(MREE),were successfully synthesized based on the modification of carboxylic groups and conjugated C=C bonds of rosins. The effect of reaction time,catalyst,temperature and solvents on the synthetic efficiency of DATE and MREE was evalu-ated,and their structures were confirmed by FTIR and NMR analyses. Finally,their thermal stabilities were studied by TG analysis.
