以宽城铁尾矿为骨料,以氯氧镁水泥为凝胶,制造出复合瓦。通过实验研究,得出复合瓦的最佳配方是:60目的宽城铁尾矿主料为70%,,氯氧镁水泥为30%,,氯氧镁的 MgO∶MgCl2·6,H2O∶H2O的最佳混合比例是8∶1∶13;木屑添加量为2.5%,,以0.2%,~0.5%,的草酸和硫酸亚铁为添加剂,可以降低瓦片重量,提高复合瓦的强度和耐水性能。铁尾矿复合瓦的研制不但可以减少铁尾矿造成的环境污染,而且复合瓦性能优异,是黏土瓦的理想换代产品。

Using Kuancheng iron ore tailings as aggregate base,magnesium oxychloride cement as gelling,the manufac-turing of composite tile was studied in this paper.Experimental results showed that the best formula is 70%, 60-mesh Kuancheng iron tailings,30%, magnesium oxychloride cement,and the best proportion of magnesium oxychloride MgO∶MgCl2·6,H2O∶H2O is 8∶1∶13;the sawdust additive is 2.5%,,and 0.2%,~0.5%, oxalic acid and ferrous sulfate were taken as additives to reduce tile weight and improve tile strength and water resistance.Iron ore tailing composite tiles can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also replace clay tiles due to their outstanding performance.
