通过对渤海湾中部地区海上平台的现场调研发现,生产井出砂严重会造成分离器、电脱水器等设备的严重沉砂甚至砂堵,以及泵类设施的磨损破坏。为了检验现场单井的出砂量,评价防砂措施的合理性,建立了加热真空过滤实验装置,以渤中A油田为研究对象进行了室内油砂分离测试及分析。结果表明:现有防砂方式中砾石充填的挡砂效果优于独立优质筛管;部分生产井出砂量较大主要是由生产压差大于储层临界生产压差引起的。研究成果为海上油田生产制度的制定、工程设计的优化提供了良好依据,也为同类油田的开发生产提供了参考依据。

s:Field investigation on offshore platform in the middle part of Bohai Bay indicates that severe sand production from production well may lead to severe sand ifll, even sand plug, in separators or electric dehydrators, and damage to facilities like pumps. In order to test the sand production of single well and assess the properness of sand control measures, a heated vacuum ifltering experimental apparatus was built and indoor oil/sand separation test and analysis was conducted taking Oilifeld A in mid-Bohai Bay as the research object. The result shows that, among the present sand control manners, the gravel packing mode works more effectively than independent premium screen pipe, and that large sand production in some production wells is mainly due to the fact that the production pressure differential is greater than the critical production pressure differential of the reservoir. The research ifndings provide a favorable basis for preparation of offshore oilifeld production system or optimization of engineering designs, and also provide reference basis for the development and production of similar oilifelds.
