目的：探讨阴囊隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ，DFSP）的临床及病理学特点，提高其诊治水平。方法对恩施中心医院2003年1月至2013年9月收治的4例阴囊DFSP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并复习近年国内外相关文献。结果4例患者均行扩大切除术，随诊1年，复发2例，但无远处转移。结论阴囊DFSP非常少见，易局部复发，远处转移少见，治疗以手术切除为主。
목적：탐토음낭륭돌성피부섬유육류（dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans ，DFSP）적림상급병이학특점，제고기진치수평。방법대은시중심의원2003년1월지2013년9월수치적4례음낭DFSP환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，병복습근년국내외상관문헌。결과4례환자균행확대절제술，수진1년，복발2례，단무원처전이。결론음낭DFSP비상소견，역국부복발，원처전이소견，치료이수술절제위주。
Objective To study clinicopathologic features of and improve diagnostic and treat‐ment level of DFSP of the scrotum . Methods The clinical features of 4 cases of DFSP between Jan 2003 to Sep 2013 were analyzed retrospectively ,and we also performed the literature reviews . Re‐sults There were 2 cases of recurrence without distant metastasis in one‐year follow‐up after exci‐sion with wide margins . Conclusions DFSP of the scrotum is an uncommon ,locally aggressive but rarely metastasizing and the primary treatment is surgical resection .
