针对兴隆台潜山油藏埋藏深、油稀、含油高度2300 m的特点,建立了以水平井和复杂结构井为主的平面交错、纵向交错的双交错、多层、叠置注采开发井网。优化设计了井网井距,纵向上分7层部署水平井、复杂结构井。设计水平井井距200~300 m,鱼骨井井距500 m。水平井的水平段和鱼骨井的主干段斜交主裂缝发育方向。优化设计了水平井、复杂结构井、定向井井眼轨道和井身结构,优化了钻井液设计、复杂结构井完井管柱结构设计、井控设计、固井设计。通过钻完井施工、投产开发,兴隆台潜山共钻井135口,年产油102.11×104 t,实现高效开发。

A transversely and longitudinally staggered double-crossing, multi-layer and superposed injection-production development well pattern mainly with horizontal wells and complex structure is established in regard of deep reservoir, thin oil and oil-bearing height of 2 300 m of Xinglongtai buried hill oil reservoir. Well spacing of well pattern is in optimization design, and horizontal wells and wells in complex structure are deployed by 7 layers longitudinally. Designed horizontal well spacing is between 200 m and 300 m, and herringbone well spacing is 500 m. Horizontal segments of horizontal wells are in oblique crossing with main segment of herringbone wells along development direction of major fracture. Optimization design is also conducted for well track and structure of horizontal wells, wells in complex structure and directional wells, and design of drilling lfuid, completion string structure of wells in complex structure, well control and well cementation is also optimized. Through well drilling and completion construction, production and exploitation, 135 wells have been drilled, and annual oil output is 102.11×104 t.
