依托曹妃甸煤码头翻车机房1.7 m厚地连墙工程,根据多年的地连墙施工经验,提出超厚地连墙施工关键技术的技术要点,从土体加固、地连墙成槽、钢筋笼制安及接头管起拔四方面介绍了超厚地连墙施工的特殊性。实践证明,在整个超厚地连墙施工过程中没有出现任何质量和安全事故,且翻车机房后期开挖无一漏水现象,应用效果良好,可供房建、市政等类似基坑工程的设计和施工参考。

Based on 1.7 m thick diaphragm wall of car dumper shed at Caofeidian coal terminal, key construction techniques of ultra-high diaphragm wall was summarized according to the experiences in diaphragm wall construction over years. The construction of ultra-high diaphragm wall was analyzed from the aspects of soil body reinforcement, trenching, reinforcing cage fabrication and installation and pull-out of junction pipe. The project showed that no safety or quality accident occurred in the construction, and no water leakage existed in the post-excavation of car dumper shed. The successful application of ultra-high diaphragm wall served as a reference for the design and construction of similar foundation pit in housing and municipal projects.
