通过文献分析、逻辑法等方法阐述科技与体育的辩证关系，为科技与体育的协调与共生提供理论性辩证思考。结论：科技对体育发展是把双刃剑。科技发展促进竞技体育公平性、体育产业的腾飞、群众体育健身的科学化及丰富体育教学内容和加速体育普及。同时又带来人的生理功能的衰退和体质健康水平的下降、造成体育竞赛起点的不公平性、兴奋剂使用等科技手段的滥用及引发运动道德脱离等负面效应。建议用辩证眼光看待科技与体育的关系，不断加强理论研究、提升自身科技创新动力，培养体育从业者的行为道德，实现科技与体育的互生相长与平等对话。
