高功率激光驱动器装置的大型组件需要快速，实时地安装到相应的装置子系统，为了预知所设计的系统在实际执行之前的设计可行性，验证系统的性能，在前期对建造流程进行有效的建模与仿真验证至关重要。论文以驱动器片放在线可替换单元的离线装配和在线集成安装过程为例，利用扩展的有向图，建立安装活动的网络图模型，然后在商业仿真软件中进行仿真建模，对安装流程进行仿真。通过仿真，对驱动器的光机组件的安装效能作出预测和评估，对实际建造流程具有良好的指导意义。

The large components of high power laser device needs to be installed in the corresponding subsystem rapidly and in real time .In order to predict the feasibility of the design of the system before the actual execution and verify the per-formance of the system ,it is very important to do some effective modeling and simulation of the construction process valida-tion in the early time .This article takes the offline assembly and integration of online installation process of the drive piece of line replace units as an example ,using the extension of the directed graph ,setting up installation activity network diagram model ,and then using a commercial simulation software to simulate the installation process .Through simulation ,the instal-lation efficiency of the drive units can be forecast and evaluated ,which has a good guiding significance for actual construction process .
