目的：探讨临床护理工作中合理应用循证护理对糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者的护理效果，从而减少患者痛苦，提高临床治愈率。方法随机选择糖尿病合并肝脓肿的患者28例，应用循证护理的方法，观察护理效果。结果28例患者接受循证护理后，均治愈出院，无一例出现其它并发症。结论糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者在治疗过程中加用有效的循证护理方法，可显著提高治疗效果，改善护理质量，密切了护患关系，提高患者满意度。
목적：탐토림상호리공작중합리응용순증호리대당뇨병합병간농종환자적호리효과，종이감소환자통고，제고림상치유솔。방법수궤선택당뇨병합병간농종적환자28례，응용순증호리적방법，관찰호리효과。결과28례환자접수순증호리후，균치유출원，무일례출현기타병발증。결론당뇨병합병간농종환자재치료과정중가용유효적순증호리방법，가현저제고치료효과，개선호리질량，밀절료호환관계，제고환자만의도。
Objective To explore the reasonable application of evidence-based nursing combined with nursing intervention in patients with liver abscess on diabetes in clinical nursing work, so as to reduce the sufferingofpatients,improvetheclinicalcurerate.Methods 28patientsofLiverabscesscomplicatedwith diabeteswereselected,evidence-basednursingwasappliedfornursingobservation.Results 28patients received evidence-based nursing, all patients were cured, there were no other complications.Conclusions The patients with diabetes mellitus and liver abscess applied for evidence-based nursing method effectively in the course of treatment, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, improve the quality of nursing, close relationship between nurses and patients, and improve patients'satisfaction.
