通廊结构为混凝土结构,与以往的钢结构区别较大。因混凝土通廊现浇梁施工需搭设施工平台,所以对现浇梁施工平台的支撑工艺提出较高要求,应在保持道路畅通不影响其他分项施工的情况下,保证现浇梁分项的施工质量和进度。本文通过一个混凝土通廊工程施工实践,介绍夹桩木支撑系统工艺在工程中的应用。

According to Shenhua Coal Terminal bid-II project of Gaolan harbor at Zhuhai Port, concrete corridor was quite different from steel structure. The construction of cast-in-place beam of concrete corridor had to be carried out on the construction platform, which must meet the requirement for higher supporting technology. The construction quality and progress of cast-in-place beam should be guaranteed subject to no traffic jam or influence on other item construction. The technology of pile-clamping wood was introduced on the basis of the supporting system applied in the project.
