目前诸多水库已建成了自动化管理系统，但由于软件开发厂家、施工时期、开发语言等不同，导致各个软件之间的数据无法互联互通，存在“信息孤岛”，不能最大限度地发挥软件系统的作用。为满足水库管理全过程、全方位、一体化的需要，以安徽花凉亭水库为例，设计了一种基于。 NET平台框架，采用B/S结构的水库管理一体化系统。介绍了该系统的设计开发原理、功能开发和系统集成，并提出一体化解决方案。实际运行效果表明，该系统具备通用、适用、易扩展等特点，实现了水库不同时期的全过程管理。

The current reservoir automation management systems cannot full play their roles because the developers, developing language and construction period are different, so the data between different software cannot be shared effectively and the informa-tion islands are existed. In order to meet the requirements of the whole process, full range and integration of the reservoir man-agement, taking Hualiangting Reservoir in Anhui Province as a case, a reservoir management integrated system on the basis of . NET platform was designed by using B/S framework. Accordingly, the design and development principle, function development and system integration of this system are introduced, and the integrated solution is put forward. The practical operation shows that this system is applicable and easy to expand, and can realize the whole process management for reservoir operation in different pe-riods.
