外海防波堤水下安装扭王字块质量控制难;施工过程中受风浪、涌浪影响大,作业时间短,进度控制难,特别是大规模扭王字块安装,质量和进度关系到防波堤在施工过程中的结构安全。本文以鸿山热电厂煤码头及引堤工程为实例,介绍和总结了大规模扭王字块安装所采取的技术与控制措施,对类似工程施工具有一定的借鉴。

It is difficult to control the quality of installing accropodes underwater for open sea breakwater. Stormy wave and surge affect the construction to a high extent which limit the working time and cause the difficulty of schedule control. In particular, the installation quality and progress of mass accropodes are key factors for the structural safety of breakwater. Based on Hongshan thermal plant coal-receiving terminal and causeway project, the techniques and control measures taken for installing mass accropodes are introduced and summarized, which serves as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
