基于曳引式电梯空载工况运行功率、运行速度、运行效率与驱动载荷的函数关系,建立了求解电梯平衡系数的数学模型,通过对电梯空载运行功率与运行速度的实时测量,由数据处理终端计算并输出电梯平衡系数的检测结果。解决了电梯平衡系数检测过程中,需要多次加载及测试装置安装不便等困扰检测效率的问题。

A rigorous mathematical model for elevator balance coefifcient calculation is derived in this paper, from the relationship among elevator’s running power, speed, system efifciency and motor actual payloads under no-load condition. This conclusion provides a novel fast approach to process the result immediately during inspection, by detecting the power and speed accurately in real time. Most importantly, different from previous loading methods or those detectors with inconvenience installation, it realizes the fast inspection in practical for elevator balance coefifcient detection. The actual inspection efifciency is considerable improved.
