以表象训练原理为理论依据，针对中学校园足球学生在传统教学训练中不能较好掌握技术的现象，通过文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法，与传统教学方法相对比，证明表象训练可以有效的提高体育教学效果，提高学生学习兴趣，学生掌握足球技能比较熟练。在校园足球训练中进行实施，对现有的传统教学方法进行改革，提高教学效果，从而提高教学成绩，也对训练方法提出一些有价值的参考。

This paper studies middle school football students'unusual performance in Traditional teaching based on imagery training theory .This article mainly uses the literature material method , interview method , data statistics method, By comparison with the traditional teaching and study methods , the result showed that the method of im-agery training can improve the effectiveness of physical education effectively , increase the students ’ interest, in-crease the classroom efficiency and prompt the students master the skill of football .By using effective method of im-agery training in football teaching training of campus and reform the existing traditional teaching methods and Im -prove teaching effectiveness , thus improve teaching performance and also make some valuable references of training method.
