目的:探讨脑电图在病毒性脑炎诊断和预后判断中的应用价值。方法选取临床资料完整并经临床确诊的70例病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象,入院后均行脑电图检查。结果本组70例患者中,63例脑电波异常,占90%;其中29例轻型患者,24例异常,异常率为82.76%;33例普通型患者,31例脑电波异常,异常率为93.94%;8例重型患者,8例脑电波异常,占100%。本组70例患者中,5例为正常波,占7.14%;25例弥漫性异常,占35.71%;21例局限性异常,占30%;17例阵发性异常,占24.29%。其中18例为高波幅,占25.71%;29例为中波幅,占41.43%;9例为低波幅,占12.86%;7例为痫样放电,占10%。9例低波幅病毒性脑炎患者,1例出现后遗症,占11.11%;7例痫样放电患者,3例出现后遗症,占33.33%,其中1例患者死亡,占14.29%。结论轻型和普通型出现弥漫性中波幅或高波幅慢波的几率相对高,重型以局限性、低波幅慢波为主,可用于病毒性脑炎病情诊断和预后评估中具有较高的应用价值。

목적:탐토뇌전도재병독성뇌염진단화예후판단중적응용개치。방법선취림상자료완정병경림상학진적70례병독성뇌염환자작위연구대상,입원후균행뇌전도검사。결과본조70례환자중,63례뇌전파이상,점90%;기중29례경형환자,24례이상,이상솔위82.76%;33례보통형환자,31례뇌전파이상,이상솔위93.94%;8례중형환자,8례뇌전파이상,점100%。본조70례환자중,5례위정상파,점7.14%;25례미만성이상,점35.71%;21례국한성이상,점30%;17례진발성이상,점24.29%。기중18례위고파폭,점25.71%;29례위중파폭,점41.43%;9례위저파폭,점12.86%;7례위간양방전,점10%。9례저파폭병독성뇌염환자,1례출현후유증,점11.11%;7례간양방전환자,3례출현후유증,점33.33%,기중1례환자사망,점14.29%。결론경형화보통형출현미만성중파폭혹고파폭만파적궤솔상대고,중형이국한성、저파폭만파위주,가용우병독성뇌염병정진단화예후평고중구유교고적응용개치。
Objective To explore the application value of electroencephalogram in diagnosis and prognosis of viral encephalitis.Methods Selected integrity clinical data, 70 cases with viral encephalitis patientsdiagnosedastheresearchobject,AfteradmissionunderwentEEG.Results 63casesofabnormalbrain waves in 70 patients, accounting for 90%;of which 29 cases of mild cases, 24 cases of abnormal, the abnormal rate was 82.76%;33 cases of patients with common type, 31 cases of abnormal brain waves, the abnormal rate was 93.94%;8 cases of severe patients, 8 cases of abnormal brain waves, accounted for 100%.This group of 70 patients, 5 cases was normal wave, accounted for 7.14%;25 cases of diffuse abnormality, accounting for 35. 71%;21 cases of localized abnormality, accounting for 30%, 17 cases of paroxysmal abnormality, accounting for 24.29%.18 cases of high amplitude, accounted for 25.71%;29 cases of amplitude, accounted for 41.43%;9 cases of low amplitude, accounted for 12.86%, 7 cases of epileptiform discharges, accounted for 10%.9 cases of low amplitude in patients with viral encephalitis sequela, occurred in 1 cases, accounted for 11.11%;7 cases of epileptiform discharges, 3 cases had sequela, accounted for 33.33%, 1 patients died, accounted for 14.29%. Conclusions Light and ordinary type showed diffuse in amplitude or high amplitude slow wave probability is relatively high, heavy with limitation, low amplitude slow wave, has a higher application value in the diagnosis and prognosis of viral encephalitis illness.
