目的：探讨胫骨远端锁定加压接骨板（Locking Compression Plate，LCP）治疗胫骨远端骨折（ Distal Tibial Fracture，DTF）的临床效果。方法将66例胫骨远端骨折患者按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组33例给予切开复位髓内钉内固定治疗；观察组33例给予LCP内固定术治疗，并比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及骨折完全愈合时间均明显的小于或短于对照组（P均＜0．05），观察组的总优良率为93．94％明显高于对照组的81．82％（P＜0．05），观察组术后总并发症发生率为3．03％显著的低于对照组27．27％（P＜0．05）。结论胫骨远端锁定加压接骨板内固定术具有创伤小、骨折愈合时间短、并发症少、踝关节功能恢复好的优点，是治疗胫骨远端骨折理想的方法，很适用于广大基层医院。
목적：탐토경골원단쇄정가압접골판（Locking Compression Plate，LCP）치료경골원단골절（ Distal Tibial Fracture，DTF）적림상효과。방법장66례경골원단골절환자안조수자표법수궤분위량조，대조조33례급여절개복위수내정내고정치료；관찰조33례급여LCP내고정술치료，병비교량조적림상료효。결과관찰조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간급골절완전유합시간균명현적소우혹단우대조조（P균＜0．05），관찰조적총우량솔위93．94％명현고우대조조적81．82％（P＜0．05），관찰조술후총병발증발생솔위3．03％현저적저우대조조27．27％（P＜0．05）。결론경골원단쇄정가압접골판내고정술구유창상소、골절유합시간단、병발증소、과관절공능회복호적우점，시치료경골원단골절이상적방법，흔괄용우엄대기층의원。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of distal tibial locking compression plate ( LCP) in the treatment of distal tibial fracture ( DTF) .Methods 66 cases of distal tibial fracture patients were divided into two groups according to random number table, 33 cases in the control group underwent open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment, LCP internal fixation were given for the 33 cases of in observation group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and completely healing time of fracture were significantly less or short than that in control group ( P <0.05), the total good rate of observation group was 93.94%, it was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group (P <0.05).the postoperative complications rate of observation group was 3.03% which significantly lower than 27.27% of the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions Distal tibial locking compression plate internal fixation has the advantages as less trauma, shorter healing time, less complication, good ankle function recovery, so it is the ideal method of treating distal tibial fracture, it is applicable to the majority of primary hospital.
