目的：观察后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶加无水酒精固定残余囊壁治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析21例肾囊肿采用后腹腔镜去顶加无水酒精固定残余囊壁治疗患者的临床资料。结果21例患者均治愈，平均手术时间（51±12）min，手术失血量（31±11）ml，随访5～18个月，平均13个月，B超、C T检查无复发。结论采用后腹腔途径腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶加无水酒精固定残余囊壁治疗肾囊肿，疗效确切，创伤小，是治疗肾囊肿的有效方法。
목적：관찰후복강경신낭종거정가무수주정고정잔여낭벽치료신낭종적료효。방법회고성분석21례신낭종채용후복강경거정가무수주정고정잔여낭벽치료환자적림상자료。결과21례환자균치유，평균수술시간（51±12）min，수술실혈량（31±11）ml，수방5～18개월，평균13개월，B초、C T검사무복발。결론채용후복강도경복강경하신낭종거정가무수주정고정잔여낭벽치료신낭종，료효학절，창상소，시치료신낭종적유효방법。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic unroof combined with fixation of residual cystic wall by absolute alcohol . Methods A retrospective analysis of 21 cases of renalcystscasestreatedbylaparoscopycombinedwithabsolutealcoholfixation.Results 21pa‐tients were cured ,with the average operative time (51+12) min ,operative blood loss (31+11) ml , and patients were followed up from 5 months to 18 months ,an average 11 months ,no recurrence was found by B‐ultrasound . Conclusions Laparoscopic unroof combined with absolute alcohol fixa‐tion of residual cystic wall is an effective and low invasive method for treatment of renal cyst .
