结直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，威胁着人类的生命安全。目前该病的病因及发病机制还不是很清楚。随着国内经济的快速发展，人们的生活环境、饮食结构等得到改变，结直肠癌的发病率也呈上升趋势。近年来，关于结直肠癌早期诊断、靶向治疗等相关研究较多，但笔者认为做好该病的早期预防工作也是一个重要的环节。了解结直肠癌的病因及发病机制是早期预防的基础。本文结合国内外文献对结直肠癌的病因及发病机制作一总结。
結直腸癌是消化繫統最常見的噁性腫瘤之一，威脅著人類的生命安全。目前該病的病因及髮病機製還不是很清楚。隨著國內經濟的快速髮展，人們的生活環境、飲食結構等得到改變，結直腸癌的髮病率也呈上升趨勢。近年來，關于結直腸癌早期診斷、靶嚮治療等相關研究較多，但筆者認為做好該病的早期預防工作也是一箇重要的環節。瞭解結直腸癌的病因及髮病機製是早期預防的基礎。本文結閤國內外文獻對結直腸癌的病因及髮病機製作一總結。

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and has been a threat to human life safety. Currently, the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are not very clear. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, people's living environment and diet etc have changed, the incidence of CRC is also on the rise. In recent years, the early diagnosis, targeted therapy and other related research of CRC are more and more, but the author thinks that to do a good job of the early prevention of the disease is also important. Understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of CRC is the foundation of early prevention. The etiology and pathogenesis of CRC combined with the domestic and foreign literature were summarized.
