目的：观察益生菌联合三联疗法治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效及其预后。方法将110例确诊为慢性胃炎的患儿随机分为对照组50例，治疗组60例，对照组给予雷贝拉唑＋阿莫西林＋呋喃唑酮三联疗法2周，之后继续服用雷贝拉唑2周；治疗组在此基础上加用复合乳酸菌胶囊；4周后复查胃镜评估效果；1年后随访，观察复发率。结果对照组治愈13例（26．0％），显效18例（36．0％），有效11例（22．0％），无效8例（16．0％），总有效率84．0％。治疗组治愈22例（36．7％），显效25例（41．7％），有效11例（18．3％），无效2例（3．3％），总有效率96．7％，治疗组效果更佳；1年后对照组及治疗组复发率分别为22％及6．7％，治疗组复发率低。结论益生菌胶囊联合三联疗法治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎效果良好，并可有效降低复发率。
목적：관찰익생균연합삼련요법치료소인유문라간균상관성만성위염적림상료효급기예후。방법장110례학진위만성위염적환인수궤분위대조조50례，치료조60례，대조조급여뢰패랍서＋아막서림＋부남서동삼련요법2주，지후계속복용뢰패랍서2주；치료조재차기출상가용복합유산균효낭；4주후복사위경평고효과；1년후수방，관찰복발솔。결과대조조치유13례（26．0％），현효18례（36．0％），유효11례（22．0％），무효8례（16．0％），총유효솔84．0％。치료조치유22례（36．7％），현효25례（41．7％），유효11례（18．3％），무효2례（3．3％），총유효솔96．7％，치료조효과경가；1년후대조조급치료조복발솔분별위22％급6．7％，치료조복발솔저。결론익생균효낭연합삼련요법치료소인유문라간균상관성만성위염효과량호，병가유효강저복발솔。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and prognosis of probiotics combined with tripletherapyforHelicobacterpyloriassociatedchronicgastritis.Methods 110casesofchronicgastritiswere randomized into control group of 50 cases, 60 cases in the treatment group, the control group was given Rabeprazole+amoxicillin+furazolidone triple therapy for 2 weeks, after continue taking Rabeprazole for 2 weeks;the treatment group based on the use of Lactobacillus Complex Capsules;effect evaluation by gastroscopy after 4 weeks;after 1 years of follow-up, to observe the recurrence rate.Results In the control group, 13 cases were cured (26%) , effective in 18 cases ( 36%) , effective 11 cases ( 22%) , invalid 8 cases ( 16%) , the total efficiency was 84%, control group 22 cases were cured (36.7%), 25 cases were cured (41.7%), effective 11 cases (18.3%), invalid 2 cases (3.3%), the total effective rate of treatment group is 96.7%, the effect is better;1 years after the treatment group and control group the rate of recurrence was 22% and 6.7%, the treatment group the recurrence rate is low.Conclusions Probiotic capsules combined with triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis has good effect, and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
