目的:血液灌流串联血液透析治疗中、重度百草枯中毒的疗效探讨。方法对2010年4月至2013年6月我院急诊监护室( emergency intensive care unit,EICU)收治的310例百草枯中毒患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法的不同分为行早期反复HP+HD治疗(服毒后24 h内接受HP≥2次)的急性百草枯中毒患者为治疗组( A组),未进行HP+HD的患者为对照组( B组)进行对照研究,比较A组与B组患者的28天病死率。结果经随访A 组存活70例,病死率为69.6.2%;B 组存活10例,病死率为87.5%,两组患者病死率比较,差异具有高度统计学意义(χ2=9.97,P<0.005)。结论早期反复联合运用HP+HD,能有效提高治愈率,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of current series in blood dialysis, severe paraquat poisoning blood perfusion.Methods In 2010 April to 2013 June in our hospital emergency intensive care unit (emergency intensive care unit, EICU) were retrospectively analyzed in 310 patients with paraquat poisoning were, according to the different treatment methods for early repeated HP+HD treatment ( poison within 24 h after HP is more than or equal to 2 times the accepted) of acute paraquat poisoning patients into the treatment group (group A), no HP+HD patients as control group (group B) were compared for the study, compared group A with group B for 28 day case fatality rate.Results After the follow-up group A of 70 cases were survival, mortality rate was 69.6.2%;group B of 10 cases were survival, mortality was 87.5%, compared two groups of patients with mortality rate, highly statistically significant differences (χ2 =9.97, P<0.005).Conclusions Early repeated using a combination of HP+HD can effectively improve the cure rate, improve prognosis.
