目的:阐明兔耳增生性瘢痕模型中胶原蛋白与增生厚度的关系,为建立增生性瘢痕动物模型提供基础资料。方法20只2~3kg雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为模型组和对照组,对照组不进行任何处理;模型组兔耳腹侧建立3个直径5 cm圆形全层皮肤缺损,造模后20、40、60 d,分别取材,进行HE染色和羟脯氨酸检测,对比各观察时间点羟脯氨酸含量和增生组织相对厚度差异。结果与对照组相比,模型组羟脯氨酸的含量明显增多,两组比较具有显著差异,P<0.01,随着模型组观察时间的延长,增生组织相对厚度和羟脯氨酸含量逐渐提高,具有显著差异,P<0.01。结论兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型适用于作为人增生性瘢痕的疾病模型。

목적:천명토이증생성반흔모형중효원단백여증생후도적관계,위건립증생성반흔동물모형제공기출자료。방법20지2~3kg웅성신서란대백토수궤분위모형조화대조조,대조조불진행임하처리;모형조토이복측건립3개직경5 cm원형전층피부결손,조모후20、40、60 d,분별취재,진행HE염색화간포안산검측,대비각관찰시간점간포안산함량화증생조직상대후도차이。결과여대조조상비,모형조간포안산적함량명현증다,량조비교구유현저차이,P<0.01,수착모형조관찰시간적연장,증생조직상대후도화간포안산함량축점제고,구유현저차이,P<0.01。결론토이증생성반흔동물모형괄용우작위인증생성반흔적질병모형。
Objective To clarify the relationship between the collagen and the thickness in hypertrophic scarofrabbitears,toprovidebasicdataforestablishingtheanimalmodelofhypertrophicscar.Methods 20 2~3kg male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into model group and control group and control group without any treatment;the model group was established in the ventral side of the rabbit ears to establish 3 diameter 5cm round skin defect, sampling 20, 40, 60d after modeling respectively, with HE staining and hydroxyproline detection.Differed in the relative thickness between the observation time and the contents of hydroxyproline hyperplasia.Results Compared with the control group, the content of hydroxyproline in model group increased significantly.The two groups had significant differences, P <0.01.With the extension of observation time of the model group, the relative thickness and hydroxyproline content of hyperplastic tissue increased gradually, and had significant differences, P<0.01.Conclusions The animal model of hypertrophic scar in rabbit ears is suitable for the human disease model of hypertrophic scar.
