伴随中国老龄化程度逐步加深，在政府职能部门相关政策宏观调控和社会主义市场经济推动下，养老服务业逐步形成了产业化趋势。产业发展遵循市场经济规律，养老服务业人才供需已成为养老服务产业发展的关键。关于养老服务人才培养的研究2004年开始陆续出现，截至2015年2月底，共有报纸、学位论文和期刊文献40余篇。通过综述，发现已有研究存在“五多五少”的倾向。

Thanks to the continued aging process in China,the encouragement of government policies and the innate request of the socialist market economy,elderly care service has gradually evolved into an industry.Following the rules of the market economy, a sufficient supply of professionals specializing in elderly care service has been key to the development of the industry.Studies on workers'training for the elderly care service came to light as early as 2004.As of Feb.,2015,as many as 40 items of literature are a-vailable over the topic,including news articles,academic thesis and papers.This synthesis offers a thorough review of extant literature and enumerates the pros and cons of current studies.
