目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法收集我院110例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者新鲜标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测MIF在110例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达水平,并分析MI F表达水平与腋窝淋巴结有无转移、雌、孕激素受体以及 Her-2表达情况之间的关系。结果 MIF在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为74.55%,明显高于癌旁正常组织46.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MIF的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与雌、孕激素受体及Her-2表达情况无关(P>0.05)。结论 MIF作为一种重要的多功能细胞因子,可能在乳腺癌的发生与侵袭过程中发挥重要作用。

목적:탐토거서세포이동억제인자(MIF)재유선침윤성도관암조직중적표체급의의。방법수집아원110례유선침윤성도관암환자신선표본,채용면역조직화학법검측MIF재110례유선침윤성도관암조직화암방정상조직중적표체수평,병분석MI F표체수평여액와림파결유무전이、자、잉격소수체이급 Her-2표체정황지간적관계。결과 MIF재유선암조직중적양성솔위74.55%,명현고우암방정상조직46.36%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);MIF적표체여액와림파결전이유관(P<0.05),여자、잉격소수체급Her-2표체정황무관(P>0.05)。결론 MIF작위일충중요적다공능세포인자,가능재유선암적발생여침습과정중발휘중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factors (MIF) in the breast infiltrating duct cancer.MethodsColected the breast cancer patients’ samples in our hospital. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of MIF in 110 breast infiltrating duct cancer and the adjacent normal breast tissues. The relationship between their expression and the clinical pathology was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of MIF in the tissue of breast cancer was 74.55%, which was obviously higher than that (46.36%) in the corresponding adjacent normal breast tissues (P<0.01); The positive expression of MIF had significant difference in the lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), and it had no significant difference in the ER, PR or Her-2 (P>0.05). Conclusion It suggests that MIF may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and invasion of breast carcinoma through some mechanism.
