高同型半胱氨酸（ HHcy）血症和多种临床疾病相关。流行病学研究已证实高Hcy血症与心脑血管疾病的发生密切相关，是其发病的独立危险因素。有研究表明高Hcy血症与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）的发生和发展亦可能存在一定的相关性，COPD患者体内存在高Hcy血症，且与病情的严重程度呈正相关。本文就近几年Hcy与COPD的关系研究做一综述。

Homocysteine( Hcy) is associated with a variety of clinical disease.Epidemiological studies have confirmed that the high Hcy levels is closely associated with the occurrence of cardiac-cerebral vascular disease,and it is the independent risk factor of the disease.In recent years,studies have found that high Hcy levels may also has certain relevance with chronic obstructive pulmona-ry disease (COPD).Hcy is higher in COPD patients,and positively correlated with the severity of the disease.We will review the re-lationship between Hcy and COPD in recent years research.
