高血压是最常见的心血管疾病，常引起严重的心、脑、肾、大血管等损害，甚至危及患者生命。鉴于大部分高血压患者均存在除血压升高之外的心血管危险因素，且血压与各危险因素之间的相互作用放大了其对总体预后的影响，故高血压的预后不仅与血压水平有关，还与各种心血管危险因素的并存有关。新近也有很多研究表明各种危险因素对高血压的预后产生影响，本文就心血管危险因素对原发性高血压患者预后的影响及各因素间的相互作用进行分析及综述。

Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease,often cause serious heart,brain,kidney,large blood vessels, such as damage,and even endanger the patient lives.Given that most of the patients with essential hypertension are very except blood pressure in cardiovascular risk factors.And the interaction between blood pressure and risk factors enlarge its influence on overall prognosis.Therefore,the prognosis of high blood pressure is not only related to blood pressure levels,also related to the coexistence of various cardiovascular risk factors.Recently there are many studies have shown that a variety of risk factors to influence the prognosis of high blood pressure.Cardiovascular risk factors in this paper,the influence on the prognosis of patients with primary hypertension and interaction between different affecting factors were analyzed and reviewed.
