目的:探讨早期强化降压对高血压脑出血血肿吸收、神经功能康复的影响。方法收集脑出血患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组均进行常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用静脉滴注硝普钠接续口服氨氯地平强化降压治疗,两组均治疗1月。比较两组患者治疗前后血肿体积、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表( NIHSS)评分。结果两组间入院时血肿体积、NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1月后血肿体积、NIHSS评分均较入院时降低(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组效果更优( P<0.05)。结论早期强化降压治疗可减少血肿扩大,并显著改善神经功能缺损情况。

목적:탐토조기강화강압대고혈압뇌출혈혈종흡수、신경공능강복적영향。방법수집뇌출혈환자50례,수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조균진행상규치료;치료조재차기출상가용정맥적주초보납접속구복안록지평강화강압치료,량조균치료1월。비교량조환자치료전후혈종체적、미국국립위생연구원졸중량표( NIHSS)평분。결과량조간입원시혈종체적、NIHSS평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);치료1월후혈종체적、NIHSS평분균교입원시강저(P<0.01),차치료조교대조조효과경우( P<0.05)。결론조기강화강압치료가감소혈종확대,병현저개선신경공능결손정황。
Objectives To explore the influence of early intensive anti-hypertension therapy on hematoma absorption and reha-bilitation of neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ( HCH).Methods Fifty patients with HCH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with routine therapy, ob which basis treat-ment group was added with intravenous injection of sodium nitroprusside ( SNP) followed by oral amlodipine intensive anti-hyperten-sion therapy, for continuously 1 month.Hematoma volume and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS) score were com-pared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in hematoma volume and NIHSS scores when hospitalized (P>0.05).1 month after treatment, hematoma volume and NIHSS scores decreased evidently (P<0.01) and they were prominently better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Early intensive anti-hypertension therapy can reduce the hematoma expansion and significantly improve the neurological function defect in HCH patients.
