目的：探讨眼科护理中风险相关因素。方法：收治眼科疾病患者92例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各46例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采取综合性护理，比较两组差异。结果：观察组的护理满意度91.30%高于对照组的69.57%(P＜0.05)。结论：采取综合性护理，可显著降低眼科护理风险。

목적：탐토안과호리중풍험상관인소。방법：수치안과질병환자92례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각46례。대조조채취상규호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상채취종합성호리，비교량조차이。결과：관찰조적호리만의도91.30%고우대조조적69.57%(P＜0.05)。결론：채취종합성호리，가현저강저안과호리풍험。
Objective:To discuss the risk factors in the department of ophthalmology nursing.Methods:92 patients with eye diseases were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of routine nursing. We compared the difference between the two groups.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.30%,higher than the control group of 69.57%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the risk of nursing in department of ophthalmology.
