采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对一种自行设计的工作辊用半高速钢进行了热压缩试验,测得了该半高速钢在温度为1000~1150℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s-1变形条件下的应力-应变曲线,建立起该半高速钢的热变形方程及热加工图。研究结果表明该半高速钢的热变形激活能为622.3 kJ/mol。根据其热加工图, 1000~1050℃、应变速率0.001~0.01 s-1以及1050~1150℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s-1,为该半高速钢最佳锻造条件。

Hot compressive experiment of a designed semi-high speed steel for work roll was carried out on Gleeble-3 500 thermo-simulation machine. The stress-strain curves from 1 000~1 150℃and with strain rate from 0.001 s-1 to 1 s-1 were acquired. The thermal deformation equation and processing map were established. The results showed that the thermal deformation activation energy of the semi-high speed steel was 622.3 kJ/mol and its optimal process parameters obtained were from 1 000~1 150℃with strain rate change of 0.001 s-1 to 1 s-1 and from 1 000~1 150℃with strain rate range of 0.001 s-1 to 1 s-1.
