在自然环境下，生物体内的生物钟接受外界光－暗和温度等周期信号，调整自身的时相，与外界环境保持同步。生物钟控制着昼夜节律，使其具有内源性和自我维持运转的特点。通过裸藻野生型和突变株系在生理生化等方面节律的变化，进一步分析起决定性作用的生物钟成分，从而深入剖析生物钟与昼夜节律之间的机制，及生物钟与衰老退行性变关系，本文对此进行了综述。

In the natural environment,circadian clock in organism receives the periodic signal of light and darkness outside, ad-just the phase itself, and synchronize ambient.Circadian clock controls circadian rhythms,which has the characteristics of endoge-nous and self sustaining running.We review that the decisive element of circadian clock, the mechanism of circadian clock and circa-dian rhythm are futher analyzed by the change of physiological and biochemical levels in wild-type strain and mutant of Euglena gra-cilis,as well as the relation with aging degenerative changes and biont in circadian clock pattern.
