在官地水电站工程使用玄武岩轧制的人工砂,对玄武岩人工砂表面裹粉的特性及其对碾压混凝土性能影响的试验研究表明,其表面裹粉对碾压混凝土的抗压强度、极限拉伸值、抗剪断强度等指标有较大影响,通过优化人工砂生产工艺,降低人工砂中“有害微石粉”含量,有效提高碾压混凝土的各项性能指标,各项性能指标均达到了设计和规程规范的要求。

The crushed basalt sand was used for construction of Guandi hydropower project. The experimental study of the surface powder coat characteristics of the crushed basalt sand and its impact on the roller compacted concrete performance shows that its surface coat has great impacts on compressive strength, ultimate tensile value and shear strength of the roller compacted concrete. All of the performance indicators of the roller compacted concrete was effectively improved by optimizing crushed sand production processing technology and reducing the content of harmful microparticle sand powder, thus satisfying the requirements of both design and specifi cations.
