通过研究508-Ⅲ钢焊缝及热影响区在经历不同焊后热处理和层间温度后的力学性能和金相组织,找出焊后热处理温度、保温时间、层间温度等参数对低合金钢焊接接头机械性能的影响规律,并最终得出整个焊接过程中各工艺阶段所需的温度区间及与保温时间的最佳组合,而且通过金相分析得出金相组织转变对焊接接头性能的影响规律,以帮助改善焊后热处理工艺质量。

In this essay, after weld area and heat affacted zone of 508-III low alloy steel experiencing different post-weld heat treatment and inter-pass temperature, the mechanical properties and micro-structural evolution were investigated. The rule has been researched out about the influence of the post-weld heat treatment temperature, holding time and inter-pass temperature on mechanical properties. Each temperature range and optimized combination with holding time have been ultimately obtained for each stage of the whole welding process. By means of metallographic analysis, it concludes the rule about the effect of metallographic transition upon the mechanical property of weld joint, which is better to improve the quality of post-weld heat treatment.
