为了解决传统模切机主机墙板在工作过程中可能出现的断裂或形变过大问题,运用 SolidWorks 对模切机主机墙板进行三维建模,采用 ANSYS软件对模型进行受力分析,输出主机墙板的位移等值线图和应力等值线图,确定应力集中区域,提出了不同的结构优化方案。对比优化方案的结果,确定了最终的优化结构。通过对优化后的模型进行分析,得出结论:优化后的结构不仅满足强度和刚度的要求,还降低了应力集中区域的最大应力值。

In order to solve the problems of large deformation or fracture that mainframe wallboard on traditional die-cutting machine may occur in the process of work,SolidWorks software is used to build 3D model on die-cutting machine mainframe wallboard,the ANSYS software is adopted to analyze the force on the model,and then output displacement nephogram and stress nephogram of mainframe wallboard,therefore the stress concentration region is determined,and different structural op-timization schemes is proposed,the final optimization of the structure is adopted by comparing the optimization results. Through the analysis of the optimized model,the conclusion is drew that the optimized structure can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,the maximum stress value of the stress concentration area is reduced at the same time.
